Estimate only. Adjust for sides (wings, salads, drinks), dietary needs, leftovers preference, and how generous you want the host to look.
Defaults explained
- Adults: 2 slices (light), 3 (normal), or 4 (hungry).
- Kids: 1 slice (light) or 2 (normal / hungry).
- Pizza size: 4 small / 8 medium / 8 large / 12 extra-large. Override if your local chain cuts differently.
- Buffer: a 10% buffer is enough for most parties. Bump to 20% if guests are running late or you want guaranteed leftovers.
